Scholarship to attend Uppsala Health Summit

Uppsala Health Summit believes that progress requires contribution from all parts of the world, and from actors representing different parts of the society, including politics, academia, industry, NGOs and healthcare.

Cancer incidence is growing globally, but with a higher pace in low- and middle-income countries. We are moving into a situation where the majority of new cancer cases will appear in these regions.

Thanks to generous financing from Uppsala Monitoring Centre, we are  happy to announce the possibility for delegates from low- and middle-income countries to apply for a scholarship, covering costs for travel and accommodation during Uppsala Health Summit's meeting Care for Cancer, 13 - 15 June 2018.

The call for applicants is now closed. Thank you for your applications!

Travel grants for Press

Through a travel grant, Uppsala Health Summit offers international journalists the opportunity to participate in the summit 2018 Care for Cancer, June 14-15.

The press travel grants are made available to offer journalists the opportunity to deepen their insights of dilemmas and policy issues surrounding cancer treatments and care, without any obligations to Uppsala Health Summit.
